Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA), are members of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). NACVA is a substantial group of business valuation professionals who are CPA’s and are trained in accounting, tax, and financial analysis. Furthermore, NACVA’s certification process is rigorous and requires a complete understanding of the valuation process.
Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), is a designation issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for professionals in the valuation community. Each ABV completes course work studies and passes a comprehensive exam and is required to have 10 cases that they assist another ABV prior to obtaining certification.
Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), issued by the AICPA, assists in performing forensic asset tracing for missing and unreported assets.
